About Us

findatvexpert.com is an online database of new and existing TV experts, designed to bring together experts who’d like to be considered for TV and media opportunities with broadcasters, TV production companies and members of the media who are looking for experts to comment on a topic or be part of a show.

findatvexpert was set up in January 2008 by Claire Richmond, a TV producer with 15 years of experience developing, producing and editing ground breaking terrestrial, digital and cable TV programmes.

Claire got her big break on The Big Breakfast in 1993 and went on to series produce Changing Rooms, Ready Steady Cook and Don’t Get Done Get Dom for BBC1. She has developed, launched & headed up digital and mobile TV channels (London TV for Visit London and Today on 3 Live for 3 mobile) and produced shows ranging from Topless Darts to Fate & Fortune for L!VETV.

Finding experts and new talent was always part of her job - and the inspiration for this site.
