From a hot kitchen in Yorkshire in the early 70's to the present time, he has worked with food continuously including spells with Egon Ronay and Robert Carrier. His ebullient character and a comfortable relationship with the microphone and TV camera makes him very suitable for any TV work. He regularly contributes to local radio and has appeared with Anne Diamond and Nick Owen in 1994 (BBC Good Morning) and Cash in The Attic.
