About Me

I am absolutely crazy about chocolate and cake. MSN named me in their "Top 20 Foodies to follow on Twitter" and the WSJ Online included me in their "Top 10 Culinary Guides". I started Chocolate Ecstasy Tours in 2005 and co-founded WorldChocolateGuide.com in 2010. I am a grand juror for the International Chocolate Awards and have judged a variety of other competitions. I am just about to start writing Great Cake Places Britain - a guide to the best places to eat cake here. I've also worked in the food industry as a buyer and developer for major brands, including M&S and McDonald's.
