About Me

I have a doctorate in Executive Anxiety and 20 yrs experience working as an Executive Coach at board level in FTSE 100 organisations. I was also the First Vice President for Europe, Middle East & Africa at Merrill Lynch. So I understand executive stress and tackle it before it’s too late – ie the barrister who started shooting people in London or the Lloyds CEO who’s enforced break wiped £903 million off the value of the bank. I’m also a Global Conference Presenter on Executive Stress and Women on Boards – and work with high profile neuroscientists re what happens in our brains when we’re stressed, incl gender differences.
