I'm an interior designer, famliy-life coach and author of 'Creating Space' a step-by-step guide to designing a calm, sane and outrageously gorgeous home and family-life. I design positive environments - spaces that not only look beautiful they empower the famliies who live in them. I create head space, heart space and breathing space, to enable women to feel more in control of their homes, their children and their lives. I use the psychology of design to understand how an environment is impacting the people who live and work there. This can impact our heath, wellbeing, and self esteem as well as productivity.
