Expert Overview I moved to London in 2002 but was born near Toronto, Canada, where I grew up and trained as an interior designer. I think my North American upbringing has given me a practical approach to design. I love the combination of the Indoor/Outdoor lifestyle of Canada teamed with the history of the UK & Europe. I think homes should reflect people’s lives and personalities and I’m a big fan of the ‘lived in’ look. (Over designed homes can often look sterile). I’m adventurous and have worked on everything from Grade 1 listed buildings & high end residential homes to small, one bedroom flats.
