I ran a restaurant for Raymond Blanc on BBC 2's The Restaurant (series 1) whilst pregnant so know about juggling business and babies! I have 2 children under 3, am a trained Maternity Nurse and specialise in Post Natal Depression, Breastfeeding and the care of Multiples. I also teach antenatal classes which focus on having as pain free birth as possible.
